ATI is integrated with our digital platforms. Our clients are set up with ATI access and can easily run our templated, customized reports. It is being used across the whole organization and by all of our partners. The ATI software provides many options for data analysis and tracking. It helps our partners understand how well their digital editions are doing, as well as focus their marketing and targeted advertising.

It is being used by the News Department to understand audience, their behaviors and, particularly, the performance of our contents. For the news industry, the highly important and game-changing knowledge is the insights of the audience—their demographics and behaviors. AT Internet allows us to look into those, compare them and understand them better so we are targeting them with more concrete content.

It's very good, well detailed, and has tons of filterable metrics that help to understand the audience of any website very well. AT Internet is used by different business units within the whole group, and more specifically by web analysts, SEO, and marketing managers.
The BUs can be media or lead-oriented; there are also other site issues, such as classifieds or events.
It is used to track traffic and conversions, according to traffic sources, etc. Each business unit has its own problems.
AT Internet has also made it possible to respond to the RGPD problematic for a few months now and thus be in line with the latest European directives.

Previously, I worked for media sites and there were features that I couldn't find on AT Internet. Today, for lead sites, I don't have these problems (I'm also accompanied more by internal experts in the group).
I think that the tool is not adapted to small companies: because of the price and the complexity of handling for non-specialists.

AT Internet is a software used mainly by the marketing and e-commerce department in order to track our sales and also micro-conversions of our website. It address the tracking of all levels of acquisition and from my side, especially the media campaigns performance with detailed KPI’s such as arrival rate, bounce rate, number of visits, time spend in our website... it helps us to create clusters for our next media bursts.
  • AT Internet allows to create personalised dashboards.
  • There is an expert team which can help us through a hotline, they are available, it is not only an analytics tool (such as Google, you can use their tool but you are alone when you have issues!).
  • High security of the software that guarantees data protection.
  • Be more user-centric for the dashboard. It is quite hard to use the tool without training. The interface is not user friendly.
  • Create template of dashboards that we could use directly.
  • Using Search activity and especially SEA, a simple plug between Google Analytics and AT Internet to create clusters of audiences to better manage the PPC campaigns. Maybe it is possible but I tried to set up with AT Internet and never had feedback.
AT Internet is well suited from a global perspective that includes all levels of acquisition but also internal figures. Especially for the media campaigns, Google Analytics had better perspectives to improve the management of our media campaigns that we could use to create clusters such as customer match, similar audiences. The « infinite » possibilities from Google is to track the signals of our audiences and to be at the right time with the right message in the Google platforms, and we could not do it with AT Internet.

It helps to see what audience needs we are meeting and where we are lacking, using this information we can provide greater content to our audience.

AT Internet is great to quickly showcase data to someone, however when more dimensions are requested it slows down drastically. The user journey dimensions are good to fully understand how someone has entered our online platform and how they navigated through our content. API is good when it works however, there are a lot of times where it crashes and the support puts the issue back on us.

We use AT Internet only in the advertising management department to count the number of visits to brand content article pages. When we sell a campaign to a partner, we commit to a guaranteed number of visits. AT Internet allows us to know the number of visits to a page during the campaign.
  • The data is always very easy to understand even when you don't know the analytics.
  • Data Query allows us to export to meet our needs.
  • Explorer saves us a lot of time.
  • Not enough customization of dashboards.
  • "Multi Sites" or "Multi Device" on Data Query.
AT Internet is well suited for exporting tables from Data Query and allowing reporting.
AT Internet is less suitable for sending dashboards to our customers because we can personalize them less. We are therefore obligated to export the data to produce our own reports (in the form of a graph or tables).

AT Internet is used to understand online audience behaviour across the full range of online content services offered by RTÉ, including text, video, and audio. It is used for real-time audience monitoring and longer-term consumption patterns, helping Editors and Product Managers make effective service and content decisions.
It enables analysts to understand key drivers of consumption patterns through big data analysis and support stakeholders across the organisation with dashboard views
  • A very strong, supportive team who are keen to develop the relationship and deliver business value

  • Powerful tools for analysing content consumption and usage patterns
  • A range of API options to deliver data in the format required
  • A process of continuous evolution in the data tools provided
  • A lack of custom labels on video and audio, but this is being addressed with an imminent release

It is probably the strongest overall proposition in the web analytics space, taking into account value for money, the team involved, the tools, data availability and overall flexibility of the solution. We use AT Internet for web analytics purposes. The tool is being used by our digital marketing team. Among users, campaign managers and digital analysts use it in order to have a better view of campaign results and audience overview. We currently use two tools and we notice huge differences regarding ease of use and interface.

I guess AT Internet is great if you know the tool since it allows you to use many different dimensions and metrics. We use AT internet within the e-commerce department. The tool is used by our 3 product owners, the manager of the 3 product owners, by one digital data analyst and sometimes by the SEA-SEO team.

Actually, it's mainly our digital analyst who uses this tool to follow, analyse the performances of our car/motorbike funnels.
  • Sunburst.
  • Customized reporting.
  • Web analytics (number of pages views, hits....)
  • Compatibility with other tools such as AB testing...(Kameleoon, Data Commander).
  • Create funnel to follow the performance (it's just available in the old version).
  • Without training, it's hard to understand to use the tool. It's easier to use Google Analytics for example.
Well suited: We launched an AB test for a specific page in our car funnel. This page contained just one question: we ask the prospect his email address. The problem is that we lost visitors from this page. They do no go the next page maybe because we ask personal information. We made some changes to improve the pass rate to the next page.
Thanks to our AB testing tool, we saw that our variant was better in terms of pass rate.

But we wanted to analyse also if the fill rate of the email field has not been degraded. Thanks to AT Internet we were able to check this KPI.

I'm part of the data department at a digital agency and we use AT Internet to analyze the digital ecosystem of our customers. We investigate the performance of funnel conversion and looking for recommendations of optimizations. Also, I manage the campaign link generation through the Xtor system for our customers using AT Internet. Finally, we elaborate on AT performance dashboards for some of our customers.
  • Xtor campaign link auto builder. Super easy to build an Xtor campaign link for each acquisition channel for us and our customers.
  • AT Internet user interface. Intuitive and simple to analyze the ecosystem in the macro view.
  • The data export on Excel is super easy through data query!
  • The style customization possibilities on AT dashboards are less important compared to DataStudio (ex: managing the size of columns within a tab).
  • The segmentation use within a dash is more complicated than other tools (ex: Data Studio/Adobe)
  • Some media campaign parameters must be declared in the AT Interface (like the ID number for channel sources). It's not completely automatic (compare to GA for instance).
The campaign link generation is quite simple and the visualization of data performance on the AT Interface is well suited, but the intuitiveness and simplicity of dashboard use has to be optimized.

We use AT Internet with Google Analytics to measure the KPI of our websites.

AT Internet has been really helpful when trying to understand the navigation paths of our users and understanding the user journey, it has also helped us generating automated reports to our en users. On the other hand, the tool is not easy to use compared to others on the market and our end users weren't keen to use it.

AT Internet is used as an analytics solution for some of our clients in the Energy department in my case. We used this solution to follow the usage of mobile applications. One of the main goals was to have feedback about the main application functionalities used by users. We were also interested in distribution in the mobile device space (Android, iOS). About the last point, we noted an improvement: AT Internet doesn't give the details on Apple devices and it was impossible to get the Apple model detail. Indeed, the analytics information about Apple devices just says "iPhone", unlike Android smartphones ("Samsung model A3," for example).
  • The new interface simplifies the reading of main information, especially the number of hits by day/month.
  • The distribution devices/web navigator and the related versions (except an improvement for Apple devices).
  • Smart SDK: the idea of configuring custom analytics in a deported interface and not in the application code is great. But in fact, the functionality is hard to use and the pairing is very difficult. We needed your support to solve the pairing, but after that the configuration is perfectible. For example, we had synchronization/refreshment problems in the user interface.
  • In the end, we didn't use the functionality
  • As described in the previous question, the improvement must be done on the Apple information devices.
AT Internet is well suited in usage reporting by day, week, month, etc. It is also well suited to get geographical hits and to know the target of the user (web navigator, smartphone, etc.). I think AT Internet is powerful for marketing/advertising, but I cannot confirm that (not my business project).

AT Internet is being used as a complementary tool to what we have for website analytics, another tool called Birst. AT Internet is being used across the whole organization but it is primarily the departments of DCX (Digital Customer Experience) that are using it the most. As the CRM Manager, I work with an internal partner relationship management (PRM) platform that we use to communicate and interact with our partners, which in our case, are our customers. Both AT Internet and Birst help us keep track of where the registered customers are interacting more inside this PRM. We want to know which areas of the website they visit the most, how many clicks in the downloads area do they do, etc.
  • Xtag widget is a very useful complement especially to speed up your work on a specific analytic you might need.
  • It compiles heavy loads of data and organizes it very well.
  • When extracting website analytics some sections and titles can be misleading inside the tool.
  • For new comers it might be challenging.
I think it is perfect to tell the analytics and statistics for a website or webspace you are monitoring. Knowing the visits and the link interaction within the website you are tracking and putting everything into readable data and customization graphics is very good. Also, for the reporting to the management part. I think it is less appropriate in organizations where people are not trained on these kinds of tools because they are not really easy to use or understand.

We implement AT Internet for our clients. We use it as an alternative to Google Analytics, and AT Internet is compliant with GDPR laws in France. AT Internet proposes many services with a lot of support from the beginning to the end of the process.

I think AT Internet is very well suited to track user behaviors on websites, since it can provide so many details about actions like current page visited, the previous one, where the user clicks, on which button, etc. AT Internet provides custom variables. For example, if you have some personal space with an authenticated user, we can add many precisions. AT Internet might be too robust to be used as just a simple tracking tool.

AT Internet is being used by the business division I'm a part of. It is basically used to gather the traffic and download information to our organization's website.
  • The plethora of elements and levels to gather and view data.
  • The download information is an extremely essential element for us, however, this has been broken for a long time for us now. The numbers don't make sense as I even observed missing data for several months in 2018.
AT Internet has powerful elements. However, the implementation we have has missing elements and data, which is not really useful and hinders our use of the product.

We use AT Internet as a resource for all of our clients. As we are a digital publishing software company, all of our clients' content is tracked using the AT Internet suite. This allows our users to be able to meaningfully report on how their content is being interacted with (which is a market space differentiator).
  • Allows different data for varying levels of interest
  • There are far too many clicks to get to meaningful data in the data query section. The large amount of clients and groups under clients we have does add to this, but it seems like there could be a way to streamline reports a bit more.
AT Internet works pretty well for us as a multi-client site, however I believe it would be absolutely fantastic for a single website being reported on. The different options between explore, dashboard, and data query would be much easier leveraged if I was a marketing manager simply wanting to track my own site.
